Axway, Inc. seeks Senior Services Consultant II in Scottsdale, AZ Job Description: Responsible for quality deliveries around Computer & Network Services to enterprise Cloud customers, partners and Customer-Managed Services. Perform day-to-day operations of the Axway Solution implemented for the customer site or hosted on Axway SaaS environments. Ensure regular operational activities are delivered consistently with exceptional service quality, meeting defined KPIs and SLAs, in collaboration with subordinates, clients, technical stakeholders. Handle Major Incident and follow up with Root Cause analysis details. Analyze preventive and reactive solutions as appropriate. Perform technical activities such as handling Production incidents, implementing changes, designing, and developing configuration/flows, administering customer projects, executing application updates and upgrades, performing technical, functional and integration testing post upgrade activities. Execute Disaster Recovery exercises, undergo SOX audits by the vendor, provide resiliency evidence, Certificate updates on concerned application servers. Plan performance & stress testing. Manage client expectations, collect new requirements and provide solution through Axway TransferCFT, B2Bi and Sentinel products. Ensure end-to-end handing of any requests or incidents following ITIL guidelines. Telecommuting permitted. Reports to headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ.
