About The Position
Axway, Inc. seeks a Senior Services Consultant II to implement Advanced MFT Solutions. The role involves working seamlessly with Axway MFT products such as SecureTransport, Transfer CFT, Flow Manager, and Amplify Integration in either customer managed or Axway Managed Cloud environments to meet customer requirements. The consultant will design and facilitate comprehensive architectural review sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of diverse clientele. Additionally, the role requires creating scripts and tools to streamline and automate migration, updates, and data extraction processes for MFT products. The consultant will provide customized training to external customers, addressing their specific requirements and enhancing their operational proficiency. Accurate resource and time estimation for project completion is also a key responsibility, along with engaging in proof-of-concept sessions alongside the presales team to evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of proposed use cases. The consultant will develop and refine pluggable interfaces to expand and enhance product functionality, ensuring optimal performance, and conduct thorough health checks of customer MFT environments, offering strategic recommendations to prevent any potential roadblocks and ensure a robust environment.
