In this vital role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced ServiceNow solutions that span various platforms and modules. Requirements

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience in a lead or architect role for a minimum of 3 years.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, and CSDM.
• Proficient in ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes.
• Experience with JavaScript, PowerShell, and other scripting technologies.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integration techniques including REST, SOAP.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or similar certifications preferred.
• Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and manage projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the architectural vision and roadmap.
• Oversee the customization and configuration of ServiceNow modules.
