About The Position
Regeneron GEO IT is seeking a Senior Architect with advanced expertise in the ServiceNow Security domain, particularly in Vulnerability Response, Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Security Operations (SecOps). You will be an integral part of the Regeneron GEO IT (Global Enterprise Operations). In this role, you will help provide leadership for the entire platform and collaborate closely with IT colleagues, focusing on the Information Security Office. Your responsibilities will include defining business requirements and leveraging the ServiceNow platform to configure solutions that align with the platform's strategic direction. You will provide expert consultation to all partners, particularly the Information Security team, and ensure that the ServiceNow platform aligns with business strategies and governance decisions. As a Senior ServiceNow Architect, your typical day may involve designing and developing new ServiceNow applications and services with a focus on Vulnerability Response, IRM, and SecOps. You will make strategic recommendations and actively participate in implementing new ServiceNow requirements related to the platform, emphasizing security and compliance. Taking ownership of complex platform and security-related business requirements will be crucial, as will conducting impact analysis for new platform-related requirements. You will continuously identify opportunities for improving processes and solutions, including the consolidation of similar security needs, and contribute to ServiceNow software releases by configuring features and functionality. Your role will also involve providing strategic leadership for the entire platform to ensure Regeneron fully utilizes the platform's potential, particularly focusing on Security modules for roadmap planning. You will create and maintain a detailed view of the ServiceNow architecture, align the platform's capabilities with established business strategies, and assist with estimating release-level effort, ensuring all platform aspects are considered. Optimizing the stability and usability of ServiceNow through regular application maintenance will also be part of your responsibilities.
