Requirements

  • Experience with mechanical repairs or troubleshooting; any exposure to electrical or computer diagnostics is a plus.
  • A hands‑on, practical approach and a genuine interest in understanding how equipment works.
  • Strong organizational habits and the ability to keep documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Dependable time‑management skills and the ability to follow repair steps carefully and consistently.
  • Comfort using written repair procedures, technical instructions, and diagnostic tools.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Reliability, follow‑through, and pride in completing tasks thoroughly and safely.

Responsibilities

  • Take a close look at robots and sub‑assemblies that come back from customer sites to understand what went wrong.
  • Carry out hands‑on repairs — mainly mechanical, with some electrical touchpoints — to get equipment working smoothly again.
  • Run clear and simple tests to make sure each repair is reliable before sending equipment back into the field.
  • Keep track of your work by updating our repair tools so the team always has accurate information
  • Update equipment settings and configurations after repair.
  • Work with our engineering and manufacturing teams to share observations and help improve our products over time.
  • Review technical order requests to ensure they’re complete and aligned with customer agreements.
  • Support small improvement projects that make our processes easier, safer, and more reliable for everyone.
