About The Position

The primary component of our Healthcare team is order fulfillment, including receipt of our customers’ priority healthcare products into our warehouse facility, placement of stock into storage, receiving orders, picking and packing orders, shipping orders, and conducting customer service support. Our healthcare team members provide an important service for the world’s medical devices, testing equipment, pharmaceuticals and more. Speed, consistency, flexibility and visibility are delivered to our clients through our customer first approach. For us, it’s more than a package, it’s a patient. Healthcare Service Associates help our clients become more efficient, which allows them to focus on their core competencies, better serve their customers, and improve the products and services they offer.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
  • Successful completion of background check and a drug screen is required

Responsibilities

  • Lifting up to 70 lbs
  • Working at heights of up to 28 feet using powered equipment such as order pickers
  • Utilizing various pieces of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including pallet movers, stand up forklifts, high lift reach trucks, and order picker
  • Utilizing radio frequency (RF) scanners to electronically perform warehouse activities
  • Performing all tasks using defined job processes with a high level of accuracy with minimal supervision
  • Utilizing computer-based warehouse management system (WMS) to perform all warehouse activities including outbound process, inbound process and inventory control
  • Ensuring transaction accuracy along with safety and quality compliance
  • Working in a variety of environments to include temperatures in the ambient warehouse, refrigerated storage spaces, or freezer spaces
  • Managing the delivery or deployment of contracted services to customers to ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) and KPI (key performance indicators) as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded
  • Supporting business products by collaborating with vendors, customers, and other internal support groups
  • Performing a variety of financial activities including forecasting, allocations, adjustments and creating annual business plans to meet business unit and corporate initiatives
  • Responsible for retaining and strengthening customer relationships which may include face to face customer service
  • Identifying and recommending opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the operation
  • Providing support to field stocking locations (FSL), agent locations across multiple geographies, and support the provider network
