About The Position

The Senior Server Engineer - AWS handles AWS-specific tasks within Platform Services under the Infrastructure Services Line of Business, managing infrastructure, deployment, and engineering to promote scalability, high availability, and cost savings through automation and orchestration. Using AWS infrastructure management and server deployment in AWS, this role implements cost optimization strategies to reduce overhead. Automation scripting enhances self-healing and workflow automation, while cross-cloud migration skills leverage vendor expertise for improved performance. Ensuring high availability and automation aligns with performance requirements to optimize platform services and application operability, fostering innovation and reliable operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years' experience performing systems/server engineering roles and responsbilities
• Master's degree, One-and-one- half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
