About The Position

As a Senior SEO Consultant at Brave Bison, you will take ownership of key SEO & GEO accounts — those with higher complexity, scale or strategic importance — and lead the delivery of impactful SEO & GEO strategies that drive commercial results and long-term retention. You will be responsible not only for your own portfolio but also for the performance, development and delivery standards of your pod. You will lead on elements of Brave Bison’s SEO product vision — Expertise, Insight, and Value — ensuring your pod understands how these principles shape high-quality SEO delivery. You will coach your team to identify gaps in execution, develop their commercial understanding, and elevate the standard of technical and strategic work. You will be a trusted partner for senior client stakeholders, bringing clarity, rigour and business-case thinking to recommendations. You will collaborate across Brave Bison to support cross-department initiatives and represent SEO in cross-functional projects. You are driven by exceptional client performance, the development of your people, innovation in our product and processes, and the strategic delivery of SEO & GEO that drives measurable business results. Your leadership supports the department’s long-term direction and strengthens Brave Bison’s position as a high-performance consultancy.
