About The Position
Fireblocks is looking for a data-driven, hands on, buyer's journey and AI-savvy Senior SEO & AI Growth Manager to lead the next evolution of our organic growth engine. This is a mission-critical role for an experienced SaaS SEO professional who understands that discoverability today means meeting customers where they are - through search, AI-powered experiences, and intent-driven content. You'll own and operationalize our organic growth strategy - grounded in customer insights, Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) framework, and lifecycle-centric content - to drive high-value demand. You'll also lead the charge in leveraging AI as a discovery surface, helping Fireblocks adapt and thrive in an SEO landscape increasingly shaped by AI-driven interfaces, search generative experiences (SGE), and intelligent content delivery.
