About The Position

The position involves developing and optimizing Implant and Diffusion processes to enhance semiconductor device performance. The role requires conducting process experiments and analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless integration of new processes into manufacturing operations. The candidate will work closely with internal equipment and outside suppliers to ensure alignment with internal processes and quality standards, and manage relationships with external Epitaxial and/or Implant suppliers to drive continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • 6+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, engineering and process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control for Implant, Diffusion or similar processes.
  • Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation and robotics.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge of recipe development on VTR-7000 diffusion furnaces, Varian/AMAT Viision 200+ implanters or ASM 2000 Epi reactors.
  • Proven ability to drive successful process development.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to lead by influence across multiple engineering disciplines.
