About The Position

The position involves monitoring the appearance and performance of security officers, ensuring proper coverage of all security posts, and overseeing everyday security functions. The role requires making on-the-spot corrections of procedure infractions, investigating customer complaints and problems, and completing shift and incident reports during shifts. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

• Must maintain strict confidentiality relative to incidents, investigations, and all security operations.
• Knowledge of gaming, local, and state law regulations.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive atmosphere.
• Ability to quickly analyze and react to situations, solve complex problems, and adapt to irregular work schedules.

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) years background in security, law enforcement, and/or criminal justice preferred.
