About The Position

The Senior Security Manager, Non-Competition Venues will support the planning, coordination, and operational management of public safety security across all FIAF 26 non-competition sites, including Team Base Camps, team hotels, Venue Specific Training Sites training sites, and support facilities. The role demands project management capability, risk-based planning discipline, and operational leadership to develop and execute intelligence-led security programs that protect teams, staff, and infrastructure across geographically dispersed locations throughout the tournament lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in security management, public safety, criminal justice, emergency management, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership and operational management experience in security, public safety, or emergency management.
• Experience within a multi-day, multi-venue major event environment.
