About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Security Integration Lead to provide expert technical leadership for a major Zero Trust modernization effort. This role is responsible for leading the technical integration and maturation of security capabilities across a diverse enterprise landscape, including Identity, Infrastructure, and Data pillars.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology , Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• At least 8 years of experience specifically focused on the development and delivery of security integration .
• Demonstrated experience across Zero Trust pillars (Identity, Devices, Network, Application, Data, and Visibility).
• Must be able to successfully pass a federal background investigation (Public Trust or higher).

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall efforts to integrate and mature Zero Trust capabilities across the enterprise.
• Provide expert leadership in the development and delivery of security integrations, ensuring alignment with OMB and federal ZT maturity goals.
• Coordinate with Pillar Leads to improve operational capabilities in areas such as phishing-resistant MFA, micro-segmentation, and automated data categorization.
• Oversee the automation of security tasks and the orchestration of disparate security systems to replace manual intervention.
• Analyze user behavior and device health in real-time to determine risk and enforce granular access control policies.
