About The Position

The Senior Security Associate position is a part-time, temporary role located in Lexington, MA. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security of various programs and operations, requiring a strong background in multiple security disciplines. The role demands a high level of expertise and experience, particularly in supporting government customers and working with security regulations and systems.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph.
• At least 10 years of demonstrated security experience in relevant disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting the NRO and/or other IC members.
• Knowledge of ICD 705 regulations and NISPOM.
• Experience with security systems such as DISS, Scattered Castles, and VRBS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience directly supporting a Government customer.
• Experience working on the indirect security staff of a contractor supporting the Government.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate security experience in Program Protection, Operational Security (OPSEC), Communications Security (COMSEC), Information Systems Security (INFOSEC), Personnel Security, Physical Security, and Facility Security.
• Support the NRO and/or other Intelligence Community (IC) members.
• Ensure compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 regulations.
• Work in environments with compartmented programs or Special Access Programs (SAPs).
• Utilize security-specific systems, databases, and software.
• Communicate effectively with customers and deliver clear responses to routine questions.
