Senior Security Architect
About The Position
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on the FAB AI Platform & Agents team, you will design and ship full‑stack systems and AI agent capabilities that enable product teams across /dxg to build, validate, and deploy trustworthy GenAI solutions at scale. You’ll operate with high ownership—from concept to production—while mentoring engineers and raising the bar on secure, reliable delivery. FAB is a GenAI platform built by the DXG Advanced Technology Team to accelerate adoption of AI services across Wolters Kluwer divisions, with security and availability expectations formalized in SOC reporting. The ecosystem includes capabilities for agents , indexing / retrieval , and datasets/evaluation & tuning , with community enablement and reusable reference architectures shared through /dxg channels.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong full-stack development skills and cloud experience.
- Expertise in at least one (and working proficiency across others) of: AI agent development & evaluation, backend development, frontend development, cloud services, CI/CD & IaC, SRE/operations, testing strategy, secure SDLC.
- Proven track record delivering secure, reliable, cloud-native systems to production; strong ownership and cross-functional communication.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with multimodal ingestion/retrieval pipelines (e.g., document → image transforms → embeddings; vector persistence and search integration) is valuable.
