Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. This is a multi-faceted Senior Security Analyst position working within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. You will help develop, administer, and maintain a comprehensive security program in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). Your previous experience within the industrial security field as well as your prior experience in conducting security investigations and administrative inquiries will be essential to your success.

Requirements

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years applicable experience
  • Experience with Microsoft
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • DoD Clearance: Secret
  • Security Clearance Status: Active and existing security clearance required on day 1

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of 32 CFR 117, DoD 5220.22-M (NISPOM) and ISLs.
  • Working knowledge of NSA Manual 3-16 and other COMSEC regulations.
  • Working knowledge of DISS, submitting VALs, checking incoming visit requirements.
  • Working knowledge of Access Commander Security database.
  • Knowledge of Resolver Incident Management tracking database.
  • Completion of commensurate General and Industrial Security Courses through the CDSE.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct employee briefings including new hire orientation, in-processing/out-processing security briefings/debriefings, and security education.
  • Prepare and participate in semi-annual and yearly audits and inspections.
  • Assist with the implementation of local Standard Operating procedures (SOP), Operations Security (OPSEC) Plans, and COMSEC requirements and guidelines.
  • Prepare and maintain inquiry reports on security infractions/violations and specifying preventive actions to be taken.
  • Prepare and submit suspicious contact and adverse information reports.
  • Perform duties supporting document control ensuring continuity with operations and compliance to proper shipping, receiving, and accountability of classified material.
  • Assist with visitor access control and personnel security.
  • Provide direction on contract requirements outlined in contract prime DD 254s and other contract documents.
  • Interface with program and customer stakeholders to identify subcontract requirements and develop subcontract DD 254s, track and monitor in government system.
