As a Scrum Master Sr within PNC's Technology - Data Products organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. A Senior Scrum Master is an experienced agile leader who goes beyond facilitating a single team to drive agile adoption across the entire organization. They mentor other scrum masters, resolve complex, cross-functional impediments, and influence management to foster an agile culture.

  • Coaches multiple teams: Guides and serves multiple scrum teams, ensuring they adhere to and continuously improve their agile and scrum practices.
  • Facilitates complex ceremonies: Leads and facilitates standard scrum events, but is also skilled at handling complex discussions involving senior stakeholders and multiple teams.
  • Manages complex impediments: Identifies and proactively removes high-impact obstacles that affect multiple teams or require coordination across the organization.
  • Mentors other scrum masters: Supports the professional development of junior scrum masters, sharing experience and helping them navigate difficult situations.
  • Tracks and communicates the overall team progress providing visibility to stakeholders.
  • Partners with the Product Owner(s) to ensure the backlog items are prioritized based on business value and ready for the team(s).
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • University / college degree or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience.
