About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Scrum Master Lead, to drive Agile delivery across multiple complex and high-impact technology teams. This leadership role is pivotal in scaling Agile practices, fostering high-performing teams, and aligning delivery execution with strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will have deep Agile expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience navigating enterprise-level technology organizations.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Agile delivery roles
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks, e.g., Scrum, SAFe, and scaled enterprise delivery practices
• Strong facilitation skills with ability to manage complex cross-team dependencies and large-scale planning sessions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing other Scrum Masters
• Experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, etc.
• Prior experience delivering large, complex software initiatives in a matrixed enterprise environment

Nice To Haves

• Certifications preferred, e.g., CSM
• Background in software engineering or technology delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery across multiple high-complexity technology teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities
• Facilitate coordination of dependencies and delivery planning across teams and programs with close focus on the DigitalONE program
• Facilitate current Daily Scrum/Sprint Stand-Up meetings, storyboard maintenance, and other related ceremonies
• Forecast sprint activities, backlog planning and coordinate with IT Leads and Project Managers
• Aid in management of team's workload and progress via storyboards and other tools
• Partners with and maintains strong relationships with IT leaders and their teams, business stakeholders, and application users
• Monitor and report on delivery progress, risks, and team health metrics at the team and program level
