About The Position
Total Wine & More is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join our Technology team in our Bethesda, MD or Boca Raton, FL office. This role supports guiding and coaching multiple Scrum Teams within our growing eCommerce department. You will monitor the scrum process and facilitate ceremonies to increase team efficiency. You will help motivate the team and encourage changes to ensure quality and timeliness of team deliverables. You will be a servant-leader who can coach multiple teams, within the Scrum principles. You will report to the Scrum Master Manager.
