The role involves leading Scrum/Kanban teams, guiding agile ceremonies, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles. The candidate will serve three teams and work closely with Product Owners, the development team, and partner teams to deliver high-quality products and improve efficiency. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with candidates expected to work in the office three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday) if they are near the locations.
