About The Position

The Enterprise Scrum Master serves as an enterprise agile leader with accountability for delivery excellence, governance, and agile maturity across the technology portfolio. This role operates at the intersection of delivery execution and strategic enablement, ensuring teams are aligned to enterprise priorities, leadership has transparent and actionable insights, and agile practices are applied consistently and effectively across the organization.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in agile delivery, including enterprise or portfolio-level leadership
  • Demonstrated ownership of delivery governance and cross-team coordination
  • Advanced expertise in Azure DevOps analytics used for executive decision-making
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Scrum certification (A-CSM, CSP-SM, SAFe SPC, or equivalent)
  • Experience establishing agile standards or maturity models
  • Background in regulated industries (insurance, financial services, healthcare)

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve enterprise agile delivery standards, metrics, and operating cadence
  • Serve as a senior contributor to portfolio and delivery governance forums
  • Influence prioritization, sequencing, and delivery commitments in partnership with PMO and Technology leadership
  • Proactively identify systemic delivery risks and drive enterprise-level mitigation strategies
  • Lead complex, multi-team initiatives and scaled delivery events, including PI Planning
  • Act as a capability leader for Scrum Masters and Product Owners, setting expectations and coaching for consistency and maturity
  • Provide guidance on applying agile practices in a regulated environment
  • Define and standardize executive-level delivery KPIs across teams
  • Ensure delivery analytics support capacity planning, investment decisions, and risk management
  • Translate delivery data into clear recommendations for senior leaders and executives
