As a Scrum Master at Ignite, you will lead Data Engineering and AI/ML Engineering teams in delivering high-impact, client-facing projects for a Navy IT Command. Your role will focus on guiding the teams through Agile processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of solutions that meet the unique needs of Navy IT operations. You will facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, remove roadblocks, and ensure seamless collaboration between engineering teams and Navy stakeholders. A strong understanding of Navy IT systems, processes, and security requirements is critical as you help drive successful project outcomes aligned with Navy objectives.
