About The Position
We are seeking two highly experienced Scrum Masters to support a large-scale Agile transformation within the Consumer Product Technology division of our client. 19 teams are transitioning to Agile methodologies and Jira, with each team at a different level of Agile maturity. These Scrum Masters will guide 7-8 delivery teams across Salt Lake City, UT and Birmingham, AL, supporting the rollout of Agile best practices, Jira adoption, team coaching, and process refinement.
