About The Position
OEC provides software solutions to those who work in the automotive parts and repair industry. The position serves as a key member of cross-functional teams supporting a portfolio of applications, promoting Agile methodologies and supporting teams in understanding Agile theory, practices, rules, and values. The role involves guiding teams through their workflows to maximize value delivery and helping them make effective decisions, while also determining and implementing organizational improvements to enhance team collaboration and performance.
