We have exciting opportunities across different business units, each seeking a skilled professional to lead strategic initiatives and drive process improvements within our supply chain network. As a strategic Supply Chain Manager, you'll take end-to-end ownership of operations, emphasizing capacity planning, logistics optimization, network design, and analysis of operational efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, operations, program management, product, finance, and more. Utilize your analytical prowess to identify opportunities for operational improvements, implement scalable systems, and drive automation to enhance efficiency, with a particular focus on optimizing the physical flow and operations within the supply chain network. Whether you're managing network capacity initiatives, overseeing cross-functional programs, or focusing on strategic projects, your impact will be visible, ongoing, and contribute directly to our commitment to being the most customer-centric company on earth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level, including: compile queries, subqueries, aggregation/grouping, data modification, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Develop (as an individual contributor) or lead the development of (as a technical lead) new forecasting models
  • Build advanced visualization solutions to allow business and tech stakeholders to deep dive and understand the teams forecasts
  • Collaborate with leaders across multiple teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
