About The Position
Design and execution of experiments to evaluate and characterize novel formulations/processes & components, delivery technologies & analytical tools in support of Lipid Nanoparticles for diverse modalities including mRNA-based therapeutics. Perform robust and effective experimentation for formulation, characterize and evaluate stability of Lipid Nanoparticles. Design and execute process development and scale-up activities to support pre-clinical studies. Provide technical representation in cross functional meetings. Execute creation and implementation of project plans supported by strong scientific rationales and technical approaches, while cognizant of project priorities, milestone deliverables (e.g. memos, reports) and timelines.
