  • Using customer input, formulate exciting Taste forward solutions for meat products through a dry blend delivery system (rubs, marinades, brines, etc.)
  • Utilize your meat science capability and culinary flair to test your formulations in simple meat applications
  • Conduct sensory evaluation of various products related to Meat Taste both as an individual and within a team environment
  • Research new market products and technologies associated with your role and turn that into potential business opportunities
  • Engage directly with customers and lead capabilities presentations and technical work sessions
  • Work individually and within cross functional groups to optimize the strengths of Kerry
  • Learn the upscaling process to assist the production plant in supporting troubleshooting, commercialization, and material challenges
  • BS/MS in Food Science/related science field
  • At least 4 years food industry experience including culinary or restaurant experience
  • Strong background and demonstratable success in product development and formulation
  • Demonstrated success and experience in team projects classified as General Business
  • Ability to drive process improvements, high quality execution, and maintain regulatory compliance
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, upscale trials, factory and site visits, ~20%
  • Workable knowledge in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Enthusiastic and optimistic team player
