About The Position
The position involves investigating sites to identify any physical and/or environmental risks. Responsibilities include performing and managing field studies such as indoor air quality assessments, asbestos/lead paint/mold surveys, pre-demolition and hazardous materials surveys, and Phase I environmental site assessments. The role also includes assisting with management and quality review of site investigations, developing sampling strategies, researching regulatory standards, evaluating sampling results, and mentoring staff on report completion. The position requires presenting findings and recommendations to clients and identifying potential growth areas for the company's asbestos and industrial hygiene services.
