About The Position
Natera is seeking a skilled and driven Senior/Scientist to join Natera’s Platform team in R&D, focusing on building scalable assays to advance our product portfolio. This role involves collaborative work in a matrixed team structure to prototype and develop genomic tests for oncology treatment and monitoring applications. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in developing NGS assays, with an emphasis on tissue RNA assays. Candidates will apply their expertise to assess new scientific opportunities and contribute to developing state-of-the-art solutions for cancer monitoring.
