Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a collaborative scientist for an interdisciplinary bioinformatics and computational biology role within the Biotherapeutics Computational Design team in Cambridge, MA. This individual contributor position focuses on developing scalable analysis workflows and models for antibody discovery, directly impacting early drug discovery in pre-clinical programs. The successful candidate will develop novel bioinformatics pipelines to analyze next-generation sequencing (NGS) data and create predictive models for antibody discovery and characterization. This role involves partnering with both computational and experimental scientists to design experiments, analyze data, and implement computational models and bioinformatics pipelines.
