About The Position

The Senior Scientist in Cellular Process Development at Regeneron Cell Medicines will lead projects focused on T cell biology to develop next-generation therapies. This role involves driving platform development for cell therapy, conducting experiments, and ensuring high-quality project delivery while collaborating with a team in an innovative environment.

Requirements

• Ph.D. with 0-2+ years of relevant experience, or a BS/MS in Biology with 8-10+ years of relevant experience in immunology or a related field.
• Experience with process development, working with bioreactors, primary cell culture, and basic flow cytometry.
• Experience working with cell therapy is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in T cell biology and manufacturable CAR/TCR product development.
• Experience in an innovative and highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive platform development for cell therapy and implement advanced T cell culture technologies.
• Design and conduct experiments, analyze data, and interpret results to advance platform development knowledge and project goals.
• Lead process development and manufacturing projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of results.
• Isolate and culture leukocytes from apheresis, perform genetic modification, expand cells on bioreactors, and cryopreserve drug products.
• Interpret, collate, and present results at group and departmental meetings.
• Keep up-to-date with relevant scientific literature.
