About The Position
The R3 Senior Scientist in PCD Outsourcing is responsible for overseeing the outsourcing of regulated clinical and preclinical bioanalytical assay method development, validation, and sample testing. This role requires a dynamic and collaborative individual with scientific expertise in large and small molecule bioanalytical assay development, as well as project management skills. The position involves managing relationships with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) to ensure quality and compliance in bioanalytical work, particularly in Pharmacokinetics (PK), Anti-Drug Antibody (ADA), and Neutralizing Antibody (NAb) assays.
