About The Position

We are seeking Scientist – Immunoassay Development to join IQVIA Laboratories at Indianapolis, IN. Support the development and optimization of ligand‑binding immunoassays in a digital, paperless laboratory environment using Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) systems. Contribute to assay execution and data generation to enable high‑quality bioanalytical testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in life sciences or a related field is required
• Hands‑on experience with ligand‑binding assays such as ELISA
• Experience with MSD or Luminex platforms, or willingness to learn
• Familiarity with regulated bioanalytical workflows and basic method development principles
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively within team‑based environments
• Comfort operating in a paperless, digital laboratory using automated or semi‑automated systems
• Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize ligand‑binding immunoassays to meet sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility requirements
• Support method qualification and validation activities under GLP/GCP compliance
• Analyze, interpret, and document experimental data within ELN systems
• Assist with assay troubleshooting and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate study progress to support client‑focused project delivery
