We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Scientist to join our newly formed, dynamic team. As a key member of our compact yet growing group, you'll play a pivotal role in developing assays for elucidating mechanism of action and drug discovery.   • Design, develop, and optimize cell-based assays to evaluate potential therapeutics for aging intervention
  • Execute complex experiments and interpret results to drive drug discovery efforts in the aging field
  • Stay current with the latest developments in aging biology and translate new findings into actionable research strategies
  • Present findings to both internal teams and external collaborators/conferences
  • Contribute to patent applications and scientific publications
  • PhD in a relevant field with 1-4 years post-graduate experience or MS in a relevant field with 3-5 years post-graduate experience
  • Extensive experience in designing, executing, and interpreting cell-based assays
  • Hands on experience with large scale small molecule screens
  • Expertise with epi-editors in cell types of various tissue origins
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships in a small team setting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of scientific publications and/or patents in relevant fields
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities in a fast-paced research environment
  • Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and data analysis
