About The Position

This role supports Department of War projects by developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules, including cost loading and cash flow forecasting.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• B.S in civil or Construction is preferred.
• 8+ years of related experience as a scheduler.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing plant construction or a large campus-style project is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an Integrated Master Schedule, cost load it, and prepare cash flow
• Update master schedule
• Review of baseline schedules, monthly/weekly schedule updates, and revisions
• Analyze cost and resource loading in the baseline and monthly schedule update and run regular cash flow reports
• Prepare what-if scenario schedules based on a change in sequence and inform management of the possible outcomes of the re-sequence
• Review/analyze time impacts, and provide time-impact resolution
• Good verbal and written communication is a must
