About The Position

STV is seeking a Senior Scheduler - Mission Critical/Data Centers to join our team in New Albany, OH. The role involves developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex CPM schedules for large Mission Critical projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements. The Senior Scheduler will coordinate with project managers, design teams, and contractors to gather input and provide schedule updates and forecasts. Additionally, the position requires leading schedule risk assessments and recovery planning, identifying critical path activities and potential delays. The Senior Scheduler will prepare detailed reports and visualizations for internal and client presentations, including progress tracking and earned value analysis, and support project controls functions such as change management, claims analysis, and resource loading.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of scheduling experience, with a strong focus on large scale capital improvement programs.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • In-depth understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing, particularly in airport environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.
