We are seeking an experienced Senior SAR Integration Engineer to lead enterprise-level integration efforts across mission-critical programs. This role focuses on ensuring seamless interoperability between systems and applications that process Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data, delivering reliable end-to-end solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with systems engineers, architects, and developers to define and implement integration/interface requirements while preserving the overall integrity of the enterprise system.

  • Lead the development of integrated system solutions, ensuring alignment between hardware, software, and mission requirements.
  • Provide a holistic technical perspective on system relationships, dependencies, and component interactions.
  • Design, analyze, test, and evaluate systems that process SAR data throughout the Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TPED) lifecycle.
  • Develop and document integration strategies using both custom-built and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products.
  • Oversee and coordinate data management strategies that treat data as a critical enterprise asset.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical direction to mid- and junior-level integration engineers.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Imagery Analysis, or related STEM degree program, or related equivalent additional experience of 4 years with no degree or 2 years with a non-STEM degree.
  • Experience in government or industry integrating systems that process SAR.
  • 12+ Senior-level experience working in government or industry in relevant work areas including: DoD/IC Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, PPBES Process or systems engineering of large complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture environments residing in cloud, on premise, or hybrid infrastructures.
  • Working experience with NGA/NRO joint integration activities.
  • Working knowledge of NGA IPO infrastructure.
  • TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph.
  • Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Imagery Analysis, or related STEM degree program.
  • Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering, processes, tools.
  • Experience Integrating solutions using structured and unstructured Big Data.
  • Experience Integrating solutions using Automation, Augmentation and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Experience Integrating solutions using Cloud-based technologies.
