About The Position

This role is responsible for owning and enhancing the organization's SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform environment, with a focus on building and supporting Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that improve business operations. The engineer will serve as the senior technical lead for platform governance, security, performance, and lifecycle management, ensuring solutions are scalable and compliant. They will partner directly with business stakeholders to translate process needs into functional low-code applications and workflow automations. This position also serves as the primary escalation point for complex SharePoint/Power Platform issues and helps drive modernization efforts, including the adoption of Copilot and related Microsoft 365 capabilities. Update from the client on 02/11/2026 – Most apps are currently built on SharePoint lists but are migrating to Dataverse. Apps can be either Canvas or Model-Driven. PowerAutomate isn't being used currently. PowerBI is a nice-to-have (separate team owns that). Standard Dev/Test/Prod environment setup.
