To build up our team in North America, we are looking for a Senior SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)/ Customer Service (CS) Consultant:
Role: The Senior SAP SD/CS Consultant works on complete life cycle SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations, transformations and roll-out projects from business requirement definition, through design, build, testing, training, technical documentation, and delivery to production. You will play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution while being intensely involved in business process consulting for Sales and Distribution

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in SAP module SD with integration knowledge into other logistics modules required (PP, MM, WM, FICO, etc)
• At least 2 hands-on full life-cycle implementation projects and/or 2 roll-out projects (including conducting blue printing workshops, configuration, functional specification preparation, testing, go-live, hypercare support and guide the technical team)
• Good knowledge and hands-on expertise in configuring and customizing SD required
• Professional Experience in SAP module CS is beneficial
• Should have worked on various facets of SD module: Sales Order Management, Pricing, Sales and Service Contracts, Process & Shipping/Logistics Management, Billing Invoicing
• Knowledge in the integration points between SAP PP, WM, PM, MM, and FICO
• Project experience with S/4HANA required
• Experience with different industries (manufacturing, transportation, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, etc.)
• Excellent communicator and presenter with the ability to communicate with customers and technical experts and bridge the gap between customers (business) and technical experts (IT / ABAP developers)
• Able to work in global teams with customers and colleagues across different time zones
• Bring an enthusiastic energy with a drive to grow quickly in your role, and within the cbs team
• Willing to take over responsibility and to make decisions
• Able to travel on a regular basis as per customer's requirements

Nice To Haves

• Professional Experience in SAP module CS is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for process, functional and technical design in SAP projects for SAP module SD (Sales and Distribution) and Customer Service (CS)
• Conduct top-down workshops to advise and direct our clients on their needs
• Support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions
• Coach and mentor less experienced SAP SD Consultants
• Drive end-to-end rollout activities within the America region
