About The Position
Honeywell is executing a major S/4HANA Cloud transformation, migrating from ECC to S/4HANA. We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Transformation Project Management Specialist to join our core program team. In this pivotal role, you will lead workstream teams dedicated to shaping the strategic direction and ensuring the successful blueprinting and execution of our S/4HANA transformation using the SAP Activate methodology. Your leadership will empower your team to excel, fostering their professional growth and development. By overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex S/4HANA workstreams (with strong preference for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, PP/DS, or cross-module integration), you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our long-term aerospace transformation goals.

Responsibilities
- Lead or co-lead S/4HANA workstream blueprinting, Fit-to-Standard workshops, solution design, and gap resolution in alignment with aerospace best practices.
- Drive full PMO governance for your workstream: detailed planning, RAID management, status reporting, and executive updates.
- Collaborate with global process owners to translate business requirements into S/4HANA Cloud solutions.
- Partner closely with the existing PMO, IT and business teams and the OCM Communication Leader to ensure seamless program alignment.
