The role is a key member of the SAP Oil and Gas Practice that helps define our client's core strategic road map and provides leadership in their transformation journey. You will help our customers understand how SAP fits into their roadmap and what functionality should be leveraged to meet their business requirements, providing key insight and direction related to industry trends, best practices, and world-class solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum five years consulting experience in Oil and Gas Industry.
• Deep SAP Product Expertise in several of the key O&G areas listed above.
• Strong communicator at multiple levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to communicate with C-level executives within an organization.
• Experience with multiple full-cycle implementations with hands-on configuration experience.
• Experience in pre-sales and customer-facing sales roles.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in AGILE / SCRUM process and Activate methodology.

Responsibilities

• Articulate the Clean Core concept and manage solutions in alignment with this principle.
• Provide thought leadership and resolve complex issues in escalated projects.
• Support pre-sales activities (license and services).
• Facilitate communications between business and technology stakeholders to ensure desired business outcomes are met.
• Ensure the value realization of SAP products is realized during the implementation/transformation.
• Lead teams and develop/mentor less experienced resources.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis workshops and create test cases.
• Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews.
