What Drives Success As a Senior Business Systems Analyst , you will play a key role in optimizing and enhancing Sales and Service operations by effectively implementing CRM solutions . In this role within the IT organization, y our primary responsibility will be to deliver solutions that support key processes within the CRM platform and across the Customer Experience landscape .

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in I nformation T echnology , Computer Science, or related subject .
  • 5+ years of progressive experience i mplementing CRM solutions , with a strong functional understanding of Sales and Service processes and concepts such as Lead and Opportunity Management, Ticket Management , and Installed Base .
  • Experience of large-scale CRM platforms such as SAP CRM, SAP C4C, Salesforce or MS Dynamics essential .
  • Proven experience in design ing end-to-end solutions that drive operational efficiencies .
  • Proven ability to produce functional specifications for deliverables of varying size, from small enhancements to large projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from end users to senior management.
  • Prior experience managing projects and working with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of middleware solutions and integration con cepts a plus .

Responsibilities

  • Platform Expertise : Leverage your expertise (minimum 5 years) to guide the design, configuration, customization, and implementation of Sales and Service solutions .
  • Solution Delivery : Configure comprehensive solutions to enhance Sales and Service processes, with a deep functional understanding of C RM concepts, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives .
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT staff, end users, and senior management, to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Project Management : Effectively manag e projects focusing on enhancements, process optimization, and integration across Customer Experience landscape .
