Position Overview SEIDOR is currently recruiting for a talented and experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team in Morocco. In this role, you will play a critical role in helping our clients optimize their financial processes and leverage the power of SAP's Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules.

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
  • Proven experience with successful SAP FICO implementations.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Professional English is mandatory.
  • Residency in Morocco with a willingness to travel to meet with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complete FICO implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest FICO features and best practices
  • Project Implementation: Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients, map business processes to SAP functionalities, and create functional specifications.
  • Configuration & Customization: Configure key FICO components including Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Company Codes, and tax configurations to meet specific client needs.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration between FICO and other modules such as Material Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP).
  • Testing & Validation: Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system accuracy.
  • Support & Maintenance: Provide post-go-live support, resolve end-user tickets, and optimize financial processes.
  • Interface with other technical teams to ensure system integration.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure project success within budget and timelines
  • Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations and deliver training to end-users.
