About The Position

Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services (R4) is a joint venture between Rheinmetall, a globally leading supplier of defense and automotive products, and 4iG, Hungary's leading IT systems integrator. R4 has been founded end of 2022 with its headquarters in Budapest and the initial mission to provide project- and operations-related IT services to Rheinmetall's local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities, R4 plans to progressively expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike. Requirements

• Degree in information technology, business administration or similar record of studies
• Hands-on experience in application management and similar positions
• Extensive knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA Finance & both Cash & Treasury Management
• Good technical understanding of SAP solutions
• Knowledge of methodologies in project management and ITIL - with the respective certification
• Work experience in the area of SAP FICO, S/4HANA & SAC of advantage
• Motivation and high interest in setting up a professional inhouse-application service & support functions
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working within the team with strong communication skills
• Intercultural competencies plus interest to work in a distributed team with strong client orientation
• Strong initiative, presentation skills and ability to work under pressure
• Good proficiency in English and Hungarian (business level), both written and spoken

Nice To Haves

• German language skills
• Experience in SAP software development and development lifecycle management
• Experience in the execution of IT projects, as well as in the management of external service providers

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance business processes in the area of SAP FI and Treasury
• Collaboration in group-wide S/4HANA projects
• Support the technical implementation of business requirements
• Standardize & harmonize the group-wide application landscape for FI & Treasury
• Consult with business partners in central- and functional departments of Rheinmetall AG and its subsidiaries
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of processes and treasury functions
• Coordination of external suppliers when implementing new business requirements
