Together, we’re shaping the future of play, learning, and imagination. We seek a seasoned Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant to play a key role in a pivotal, company-wide ERP and finance transformation. This strategic initiative transitions a distributed, high-variety finance landscape (Microsoft Business Central) to a harmonized, global operating model powered by SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The ideal candidate combines deep SAP FI/CO expertise with a strong advisory mindset, guiding the organization towards standardized, scalable finance processes while actively shaping the future SAP landscape.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant (inhouse and/or consulting)
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ideally in the Public Cloud environment
  • Deep understanding of Finance & Controlling processes in international, multi-entity organizations
  • Proven experience in ERP implementations or migrations, ideally from non-SAP ERP systems
  • The ability to guide business stakeholders towards standard solutions and pragmatic decisions
  • A strong understanding of SAP best practices, Fit-to-Standard approaches, and Public Cloud limitations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Fluent English

Responsibilities

  • As Senior SAP Consultant FI/CO, you will act as a senior finance transformation partner for our organization. Beyond translating business requirements into SAP, you will actively guide, challenge, and shape how finance processes are designed and standardized globally within the constraints and best practices of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Taking a leading role for SAP FI/CO within our global S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation
  • Advising the business on standardized, best-practice finance and controlling processes, aligned with SAP Public Cloud principles
  • Designing in collaboration with Financ and configuring end-to-end processes across Financial Accounting and Controlling (e.g. GL, AP/AR, AA, BL, LC, CO-OM, PA/PC)
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to Finance, Controlling, and IT stakeholders, providing guidance on process design, trade-offs, and system capabilities
  • Supporting and steering external implementation partners, ensuring quality, feasibility, and adherence to the global template
  • Contributing to data migration, testing strategy, cutover planning, and go-live execution
  • Helping to build and professionalize internal SAP FI/CO capabilities for long-term system ownership
  • Supporting continuous improvement, future rollouts, and the expansion into additional countries
