We are seeking a Senior SAP EDI Implementation Consultant to join our Customer Success Team; in this role, you will manage support instances requiring partner involvement, serving as the escalation point between the client and the SPS partner. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a master's degree, including 3+ years in account management, relationship management, or product management.
• Prior experience with SAP Business One, third parties, consultants, VARs, and application providers is desired.
• Familiarity with XML, and experience using text editing and data mapping tools.
• Strong relationship-building skills, especially in remote or phone-based collaboration, with excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet browsers.
• Proficiency in SQL and strong query development skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple concurrent activities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-sale technical implementation, including installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration, while managing project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Conduct complex tasks independently with minimal supervision, using wide latitude for judgment, and consult with clients to understand their business objectives and operational needs.
• Keep customers and stakeholders informed of project progress, ensuring effective communication and resolution of scheduling issues.
• Maintain a high level of industry-specific business knowledge by staying current with emerging products and technical updates.
