About The Position

Infosys is seeking a Senior SAP BW Consultant. As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• At least 4 years of experience in Detailed Architecture/Design of servers and landscape.
• At least 4 years of experience in Archiving and Cloud Migration and Authentication projects.
• Experience in Problem management, Root cause analysis and Troubleshooting skills.
• At least 4 years of experience in Process Chain Monitoring: BW Application.
• Analytical and Communication skills.
• Planning and Coordination skills.

Nice To Haves

• Azure cloud certified Architect Preferred.
• Knowledge of Solution Manager Alert setup.
• Knowledge of Release Management concepts and processes.
• Knowledge of Transport Management concepts and processes.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts.
• Implement the deployment plan.
• Support knowledge transfer.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues.
• Manage user authorizations and security roles within SAP BW.
• Monitor and manage system queues.
• Transport BW objects between lower and production environments.
• Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks.
• Manage connections to source systems.
