Infosys is seeking a Senior SAP Ariba Consultant. As a Senior Ariba Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

  • Create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts.
  • Implement the deployment plan.
  • Support knowledge transfer to provide value-adding consulting solutions.
  • Configure SAP Ariba indirect procurement solutions.
  • Manage indirect procurement sourcing events such as RFI, RFP, auctions, and supplier negotiations.
  • Facilitate supplier lifecycle management within SAP Ariba modules.
  • Utilize SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing for processing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Apply guided buying tools to promote compliance with purchasing policies.
  • Oversee contract management activities using SAP Ariba Contracts.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to maintain SAP Ariba integrations with ERP systems.
  • Analyze spend data using SAP Ariba Spend Analysis tools.
  • Support continuous process improvements and enforce procurement policies.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to procurement users and suppliers.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Eligible candidates must be US citizens or Permanent Residents.
  • This position may require travel to Project/client locations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
  • Experience in SAP Ariba indirect procurement modules: Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance.
  • Experience in configuring and managing the source-to-pay process for indirect categories using SAP Ariba's tools.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes for non-production goods and services.
  • Experience in SAP integrations, particularly with SAP ECC systems.
  • Certifications related to SAP Ariba or supply chain management and procurement.
  • Exposure to SAP Fiori apps and cloud procurement workflows.
