About The Position

Seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Specialist with deep expertise in SAN Storage administration and strong proficiency in VMware, Windows Administration, and Active Directory. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of the DOM’s enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will lead the maintenance, upgrades, and optimization of the infrastructure while supporting mission\-critical operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in SAN Administration – Pure, IBM, Dell, NetApp
  • Experience in SAN connectivity to Mainframe
  • Experience in Administration and maintenance of VM and other servers
  • Experience in Windows administration
  • Experience in Active Directory Administration
  • Knowledge of basic system management processes\/systems
  • Knowledge of information management, file structure, and data representation
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, operating systems, and utility programs
  • Ability to complete assigned task; communicate accurate and useful status updates; follow quality standards;
  • Ability to work in a team environment; strong communication skills; both written and spoken.
  • Ability to Perform on\-call duties for nightly and weekend patching\/upgrades\/troubleshooting
  • Attention to details due to the documentation generated would be the basis of system rewrites.
  • Clear, strong and precise Verbal and written communication skills are needed in order to workand coordinate with multiple teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain SAN Storage platforms (Pure, IBM, Dell, NetApp), ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee SAN connectivity to mainframe environments, addressing any issues and optimizing integration.
  • Administer and maintain virtualized environments (VMWare) and Windows servers across the enterprise.
  • Perform critical Active Directory administration, including user management, group policies, and directory security.
  • Execute system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting with minimal downtime.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation to support system rewrites and ongoing improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, providing clear and effective communication to ensure alignment.
  • Participate in on\-call rotations for nightly and weekend patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
