This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect. In this role, you will lead a high-performance technical development team dedicated to delivering enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. Your expertise will shape the technical architecture and influence impactful decision-making within the project. You will work closely with various stakeholders, driving key initiatives that elevate client services and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Overall experience of 10+ years with a minimum of 4 years as a Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce implementations.
  • 5+ years of Apex programming, triggers, and controllers.
  • 3+ years of Lightning Aura Component or LWC programming.
  • Proven 2+ years of development team leadership experience.
  • Experience estimating RFP/pursuits and documenting assumptions.
  • Strong experience developing components using Lightning Framework.
  • Solid experience using standard Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming).
  • Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce SDLC.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce Field Service implementations, including architecture design across Work Orders, Assets, Scheduling, Mobility, Inventory, and Technician Enablement.
  • Architect scalable, API-driven integrations between Salesforce and ERP, billing, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, asset systems, and middleware platforms.
  • Define and govern technical architecture standards, including clean-core principles and DevOps strategy.
  • Drive pre-sales solutioning: lead RFP responses, architecture design, effort estimation, and client presentations.
  • Provide strategic advisory to clients on Field Service operating models and enterprise service transformation roadmaps.
  • Lead and mentor distributed development and integration teams, establishing code quality standards.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues across integrations and performance optimization.
  • Develop reusable accelerators and solution frameworks to strengthen delivery efficiency.
